Rios Barbacoa

Rios is by far the best barbacoa place in town! If you’re looking for a place that has lean, juicy and flavorful meat, this is it. Don’t get discouraged by what seems to be a long line whether it’s in the drive-through or inside because I promise you it goes by very fast and it is so worth the wait. If you get down, they have free coffee and donuts while you wait to order! Rios has various packages you can pick from but also offer other things like Carnitas, Menudo, Lengua, corn and flour tortillas, avocados, and a variety of soft drinks. And service is always friendly!

Tried out the Barbacoa & Big Red for our Sunday Breakfast! It was great, drained the fat of course yet it was very meaty delicious! Service was fast, friendly and attentive. Would definitely go to this location again!

Went to try this place out over the weekend and I was IMPRESSED!! It started with the awesome customer service as I got to the drive-thru window. I had my dog with me and the lady at the window was so sweet to us and friendly. She even gave my dog a few treats as I decided on what I was going to order. I ended up going with the barbacoa special with tortillas and salsa. Their barbacoa is juicy and tender but not too greasy AT ALL. Their salsa compliments the barbacoa wonderfully and isn’t too spicy. I would’ve liked it spicier but it’s a good and flavorful green salsa and the tortillas were good too. All in all… I think I’ve found my new weekend barbacoa spot! (it is dog approved as well. She LOVED it lol)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rios Barbacoa is hands down my favorite! Their barbacoa is absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and not super greasy. The tortillas are amazing too, soft, fresh, and never soggy even by the time you finish eating. They have a drive thru and are always super quick, plus every employee I’ve met has been extremely nice and friendly. I can’t get barbacoa from anywhere else because nothing compares to this place!

As part of my #ShareMyExperience journey, today I made a stop at Rios Barbacoa, and I must comment on a few things. 1. Hospitality The staff team were very professional, clear and concise in communicating their menu option. 2. Quality their barbacoa tasted so nice and had less oil compared to quite some places I’ve had the same. Overall, I will recommend this place if you’re looking to have a taste of something nice. Must have the menudo! We always go here on the weekends to buy barbacoa. The barbacoa is clean and tasty. We tried the menudo this weekend, and it was delicious. Will order again. The lady at the window is super friendly!

This was my first visit to the Huebner. location. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door. What a refreshing surprise! It looked very clean inside and the menu options were clearly visible. Business was steady, but there was no line. I as in and out in less than 5 minutes. And, they helped me carry my items to the car. The food was awesome. I ordered menudo, barbacoa and chicharrones. I definitely recommend this place.

There's nothing better on a Sunday morming than stopping to get some barbacoa. Rios is great because you can either go inside and grab your food or go through the drive-thru. We chose the drive-thru and although the line was about 10 cars deep, the line moved quickly. The ordering process is very easy and the combos are great for feeding a few people. My only complaint is the lack of coffee/proper containers for coffee to go. The barbacoa is so good and it's seasoned perfectly. Also, unlike other places the barbacoa is not too fatty. Their tortillas and hot sauce pair perfectly with the meat. Tamales have good flavor, but are a little light on the meat.
